Advance notice vacancy: violin

Auditions for a core violin position in our ensemble will take place in Utrecht on 3 November 2025. The Netherlands Bach Society invites candidates to apply for this vacancy after the summer. We will put all information about application and repertoire online in September 2025.

The information we can share at the moment is:
• Core repertoire includes the major works of J.S. Bach and extends to both earlier and later periods.
• Experience in historically informed performance is essential.
• The successful candidate will be invited to become a core member of the Netherlands Bach Society.
• Our preference is for candidates who live in the Netherlands and are taxable here.
• Fees are paid according to the CLA music ensembles (CAO muziekensembles).
